Navigating estate planning, probate, or Medicaid planning can feel overwhelming, but Seth believes the process should empower clients, not confuse them.
A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude, Seth has distinguished himself through academic excellence and a commitment to serving Oklahoma families. His focus on elder law led him to become a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), ensuring he stays current on the latest developments in Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies.
Today, Seth focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning, and business planning. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and its Estate Planning and Real Property Sections. When he isn't drafting trusts or guiding families through complex legal matters, Seth enjoys exploring the Oklahoma outdoors and spending time with his family.
